He has been a member of Chesser Financial in Champaign, Il for 10 years and has been affiliated with Cavender Financial for almost as long as a financial strategy specialist. He has more than 30 years experience in public and private retirement planning.

As the former CFO of the State Universities Retirement System of Illinois, Mr. Bloom is uniquely qualified as a guide to retirement decision making. Mr. Bloom graduated from the University of Illinois with both a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy (1976) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (1989). Mr. Bloom has prepared personal income tax returns for over 30 years, and is a recognized educator/speaker with the Wealth and Wisdom Institute.
